Buddhist Rituals

It's been a year since anyone posted on this blog. During our recent trip to Japan, we visited Buddhist temples.

Phil is pouring water over a small Buddha.
Ginger is offering a prayer with incense.

Did these rituals have meaning for us? Not really - we were being irreverent.
